"I ordered a pair of boots on September 2nd with 5-10 day shipping. It's now the 20th and I still haven't received them. I called them today and spoke with a woman who tells me the shoes are discontinued and that I'll have to either get a refund or just buy another pair of shoes. It bothered me that they even gave me the option to purchase the shoes if they're sold out. But also if I had never called would they have even emailed me that they were out of stock?
