"I placed an order in Nov-19 and never received it,so I contact them to see what happen with my order in Dec-3 and they told me that they were sold out at processing time and that they are going to refunded me the money this week,really why they waited until I contacted them to tell me this and to refunded me the money??? Still waiting for the refund"

"WORST online service , I ordered a dress way before thanksgiving and I messaged them about my order when I realize after 6 days it hadn't been shipped their excuse was because of the holiday when I bought the dress well before the holiday! Fast forward 2 weeks and a half later I finally got a message that the order has just been shipped ."

"The experience for me was pretty good. I love the pricing!! The only thing I was very disappointed by was when I placed my order and my it's were shipped two (2) of my items were not there. The two items that were not there had refund beside it. I called to inquire about what was going on and they said more than likely there were already orders placed for the particular items I had. When I placed my order the items were in stock. When you package was shipped the items were in Stock. I didn't like that. One of those items were a Christmas gift for my mom. "

"Horrible experience!! I will never shop here again! First off I needed the dress for a TV shoot I was doing three days later. So I paid $30+ for next day shipping. The shipping was actually more than the dress. I literally got the dress two weeks later. Not to mention when I got it I find out it's not even a dress, its a sweater they described As a "Sweater dress." When the day before the TV shoot I called to try and cancel they told me I couldn't cancel the order. That I would have to wait till I get it, send it back and pay the restocking fee. These people are crooks. If you want to just be livid go ahead and buy clothes from Lollicouture.com You're face will be red with rage real fast!"

"I have truly never encountered a company with poorer customer service than Lollicouture. The company sent me the wrong item. After more than a dozen emails back and forth with them disputing that they sent the wrong item, asking for numerous photos of the item, and being altogether completely unapologetic, they acknowledged that the item sent was incorrectly. Their online return policy states that if items are sent incorrectly, they provide a return shipping label. When I requested this label, they stated that they no longer honor this policy. Atrocious. Truly terrible service and really poor quality products. I will never shop here again."

"Place is HORRIBLE! I placed an order and payed double to have it shipped over night for a photo shoot. The day they were due, the company called and said they hadn't shipped. I kindly asked to please cancel the order, and they were unable to do that. I would have to wait to get the order and then pay for postage and place a return order..... Yeah wish I could even do that, but i still havent even gotten the original order! Place is a JOKE"
