"I received my sweatshirt and was very happy but I never received my three tops that I ordered. Before I invested further into why I hadn't received my shirts I got a phone call from a man stating he with lolli Couture and wanted me to take a picture of my ID and Debit card and email it Jim saying it was to varify who I am and also wanted my bank information! I'm sorry but I've never in my life been asked to do that! And he said it had to with with the fact that my billing address is different from my shipping address. How could it not be a problem when I ordered and received my sweatshirt that I was very satisfied with and all of a sudden it's a problem when I order my shirts???? My husband and I are very upset with what happened and I'm afraid I will not longer be shopping on lolli Couture until I feel it can be trusted again not to risk my financial security and identity."

I needed to know how long would it take to refund charge back on my card once item is returned. I also asked for 2 days delivery but it took 2 weeks. "

Boots came with glue on them. Asked for exchange. Was asked to send pictures. Did so. Asked to send more pictures, Did so. Shouldn't be this difficult to get an exchange for defective merchandise.

Ordered 2 sets of boots, both had glue on the suede material that wouldn't brush off. Very cheaply constructed boots."
