But, received no response. When I checked their web site for return info, I saw that I would need to pay for the return. Decided to keep the boots and wear them with extra stockings. On the good side, both pair of boots are really cute and the price was fair. "

"I ordered a Halloween costume 2 weeks in advance of Halloween.. When I logged into my account online it says my order was shipped out. When I received my order it was missing the costume & on the order slip someone had wrote refund on it.. Then I still had to call over the phone to start the refund process which is going to take 6 days. And I was put in a situation 2 days before Halloween with no costume and no email, no phone call,or update 2 my account online to notify me of this situation."
