"I placed a order for boots for a party two weeks away. I even paid extra for 2nd day delivery to make sure they would get here in time. The shipping says orders placed by a certain time will be shipped the same day. I ordered before the time specified. Never got a shipping email. I figured ok they should ship any time or maybe they shipped and didn't send an email. Over a week goes by and nothing, no email, no product. I called costumer service waited over 50 minutes and nothing. Got fed up and tried to track my order online to find out it was still in the processing phase. I was upset, so I canceled my order. Then they try charge me a fee for canceling and they still haven't refunded my money to pay pal. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will never shop through it again."
