"I purchased a costume, which is typically not returnable, but there is a flaw in it. I have had to send several pictures over the last two weeks trying to get approval to return it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will never shop with them again.
In addition, be careful about sizes. This costume is supposed to be a womens' large but the measurements do not even remotely match those on the chart that was provided as a link with the product description. Maybe it is a girls' large, but there's no way it's a womens' large!"

Ten days after placing my order, my item still hadn't left Lollicouture's warehouse. I called several times, but was told each time by representatives that "Lollicouture does not guarantee a departure date". When you check out, you are given an arrival date. If they don't guarantee a departure date, how can they give you an arrival date?!! I will never do business with this company again. "
