"It was unsatisfied experience. All of the products I've purchased were low-quality and even some of the merchandise arrived with broken zippers or not properly adhered to the product. I contact them and the customer service representative didn't seems to care of my situation. He would stay silent and proceed without acknowledging my claim for a refund. I was distraught to find out they wouldn't deliver the high customer service they're know for. It was a personal experience that will NEVER experience with them. The indifference and their inability to reach me for available options that would benefit them to keep me in their business. Instead, they decided to ignored me and continued to email me of their FABULOUS merchandise, it's a joke! Please those of you who are reading this, STAY AWAY!!!.

"I ordered over two weeks ago and still have no received my clothes. I called 3 days after my order and because I needed it within 10 days and was told it would ship the next Monday. Tuesday it still had not shipped so I called to cancel and the women I spoke with would not cancel told me to wait until Thursday. They will make you BEG to return items and it will always be your problem, not theirs. They will say that they never received them even with tracking numbers. they say that the United States Postal Service lies. UNSCRUPULOUS.
