"I did not get my items and when I email support I never got a response so I proceed to call and still no response in fact both numbers we're out of service. Still till today no product so I had to contact my institution to get a refund sense the vendor failed to deliver my items."
"Not really pleased with this store. I ordered a size 8 pair of boots to go with a Halloween costume, and not only did I receive a size 7 1/2 pair of boots, but they also had stains on them. I sent an email and didn't hear back. I then called and it was hard to get a hold of someone. When I finally did, they said to send an email with pictures of the boots. I sent that, and again never got a response. I then called again the following day and got a hold of someone finally. They told me to email again and they would put in a "request" for a return and I would get store credit. They also said there wasn't a way to send me out the correct size of boots, so I couldn't get those before Halloween. She said "most likely" I would get a refund and "maybe" get reimbursed for shipping. I paid $15 for shipping and I will not pay again for shipping for an order that THEY screwed up. Terrible customer service and moreover, not a good company. "

"I made an order through the Lollicouture website, and decided with in 1 hour that I would like to cancel. When I called I was on hold for 30 minutes until I reached a representative. After my call was answered I said I would like to cancel my order, and I was immediately hung up on. I called back and got the same representative, and she was EXTREMELY rude when I asked her to take down my number incase we got disconnected. I asked to speak with someone else and she said she was the ONLY person that answers calls in the entire company. She then told me it was too late to cancel the order when only 1 hour had passed. She then hung up on me again. It felt like a complete scam, and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. I WILL NEVER buy anything or let anyone I know buy anything from this company again."
"It took 9 days to get here and there were 10 pairs of shoes and boots crammed into one medium box :( Other than that, I love the items themselves!"
"The quality of the clothing match the price. Which I am ok with.. The issue is, it should never of took a week to receive when being charged over 20 dollars for shipping. That is ridiculous. I highly doubt I will order again, unless there is no shipping fee. But with your site there is always a stip on what gets free shipping.. "
