"I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past 2 days now. I have finally gotten thru and have been on hold for more than 2 hrs, then I get a message that we are now closed, I mean come on. I am trying to place an order with a gift card and when I check out it is telling me that it is not valid. Also when checking out it is not applying the 50% off, because I have not been able to get ahold of someone the shoes that I wanted is no longer available, this is not right having people on hold for so long. Bad buisness. After this purchase I will no longer buy anything from this company and I will make sure to tell others."

"the shirt looks fine that I ordered. I was just disappointed that the store never contacted me by email or other means to let me know if my item shipped. I didn't get any communication from them after I placed my order. With Ebay and Amazon they are excellent on letting you know they received your payment and when the package ships. I guess I'm used to their great customer service now and expect all online stores to do accordingly."
