Not what I expected

"I ordered 3 maxi dresses. They came without a receipt or information for returns. The fits weren't according to the size chart (way too small). One doesn't even have a product tag (with brand name, size, material type, etc). I'm usually not an online shopper and this experience, clearly, reinforced my reasoning. "

Long wait time and poor customer service

"Hands down one of my top 10 WORSE experiences. I needed a swimsuit for a bachelorette weekend but found out the one that I wanted was out of stock. So what do i do? What every other American does ... google! I came across LolliCouture and it looked legit. Well, come to find out, its purely an internet company that's run by less than a handful of people. No literally! There is only one person in customer service so I waited several hours to speak to someone. Come to find out, this person had little to no knowledge about what the heck was going on. Every question I asked, she said hold on, let me go ask someone. Eventually, it got to the point where she would just say, "I don't know what else to tell you, there is nothing I can do for you." Huh? Really? I left my number for the manager and some random employee who spoke as if he had authority. Its weeks later and no one has returned my call.

I called initially to check the status of my order (again bc I needed it ASAP for an event) because after two weeks, my order still hadn't shipped. The guy (Howard) apologized and said to give it one more day and if I still hadn't received he would just cancel my order because again, it hadn't shipped nor had they even created a shipping label for it after two weeks. I called for the next 4 days (waiting on hold for hours). I finally spoke to the random and one and only customer service person who couldn't help me. After 4 days she state, "well they've created a label for it now so I cant cancel it. I was livid! I had spent hours on hold to be told SIKE! "We knew it was you calling so we waited to answer your call minutes after the label was created!" Total, it was a loss of $38 which i spend easily on something else, so the money wasn't that big of a deal. But minutes after hanging up, i receive an email saying a shipping label was created and my order will be shipped soon ... real convenient huh?

Overall, terrible experience. I'll never give this company another dime. Oh, and did I mention that I still haven't received the swimsuits!! Oh, and did I mention that the customer service lady said I'd have to pay for my own return, despite the fact that I attempted to cancel 4 days prior, and she literally was right next to the shipping department (Because she stated hold on let me go talk to the shipping department). Did I mention that I emailed the company through the website for a cancellation after trying by phone for several days (still didn't cancel). I also emailed them directly to no avail. Moral of the story, this business is clearly ran out of someone home, or at least something close to it. Save your money and go shop at a more reputable business.
