"I ordered two pairs of sandals, they sent them in a reasonable time period and all, however they sent me a damaged shoe &' I emailed them about it they kept asking for pictures of the shoe. I sent them pictures like 3 different times I'm still waiting to see what they are doing I asked them for my money back and they can have the shoes back but I am not paying for shipping they asked for more pictures... Then they only respond to my emails every other day around 6 in the evening. Never will I ever order from them again "

"Horrible service, I never received my order. I placed my order on July2nd and they said it should take 10 days to get to my house, it is now the 16th and still no order. I wrote them emails and no response, called and no answer from a person, just on hold with machines smh ... Worst shopping experience & money down the drain"
"I ordered 2 bikinis online from them on June 30th via standard ground shipping ( they said 5-7 days at the most from when the order was processed on the 30th) and just yesterday ( 7-15) they finally arrived! I also ordered 2 more via 2nd day air on 7-9 and still nothing! When I called the company directly, they explained that the bikinis were back ordered and they will not arrive until some time next week! I was never notified that they were back ordered and needed them for a very important Photoshoot this weekend. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do and they will not be refunding me the 32$ I paid for the 2nd day shipping....awful!!!!! Never EVER AGAIN!!!"
