"Incomplete order with handwritten note that said, "refund" on the item not included. Weird. Still waiting for an email explanation or "refund" :("

"Well as a first time customer, I ordered abt 5 or 6 items with my initial order in April. one of the items was on backorder and another item totally did not fit so I proceeded to call customer service . After waiting on hold for 20 minutes the phone was picked up and hung up so i clld bak a 2nd time . and reach someone by the name of Anna who was somewhat very rude and sarcastic. Although most inquiries were answered seems as though she were rushing the call along. I hung up the phone feeling as if i were bothering her , angry and still a little confused on what would take place with certain items of my order. She was so rude I said I wasn't going to call Lolli Couture back again not even for the refund. In which I didn't receive I had to get a store credit meaning that I would have to call your establishment again and possibly deal with another Anna... But I eventually did call again and got the kindest most professional individual by the name of LA-LA. She was absolutely great !!!! La-La was very patient and understanding, answered all my questions and was very very professional. She eased my conscience of doubt for all the inquires that Anna didnt and wouldn't resolve. I mean awesome!!! So I ended up calling back a third time and also got a very nice helpful individual name Le'Lani. Both of these individuals were great you are lucky to have them on your team... I since had to call back one more time due to not receiving an email stating that you had received the item that I returned like I was told I would receive from your company and got a very nice customer service rep unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was most helpful as well. I contacted yr company again for the store credit order and it went fine. Although this entire ordeal was like pulling teeth and I finally did receive all items , I'm not sure if I'll be a returning customer... thank you."
