"I bought a couple bathing suits in a large and when I got it it was the size of an xtra small. I call customer service and they basically told me that there's no return on bathing suit. I told them that's it's not my fault you guys don't go by standard size and there was nothing written on the page as a guide. So after I said that they said you can return it but will only get 50% back of what you paid. They will never get my business again. "

The website says you can refund items within 30days but THATS NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!
I emailed them 2 weeks later about the ill-fitting clothes. And I had to go through a long process just to find out out about refund process and they make you wait for a refund RMA number. I had to keep emailing them about whats happening with my order. They finally email me a month later saying they cannot do refund!!!!!!!! UNBELEIVABLE!!!! They did not even ask or see the condition of clothes. They just said straight out: oh not possible. Without explaination or reasons!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY, WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN!!!!"
