"My shipment was not sent out on time and I call numerous of times asking were my things in stock and they told me repeatly that they had my items in stock and my items were never sent out and I also paid for two day shipping and I called and canceled my order before my order my shipped off and you guys still sent my things out. "Paid for expedited shipping. Still haven't received order. Contacted the company multiple times because order was suppose to be received in two days (5/18) and I paid$50 extra for this expedited shipment. Company told me there was a hold on my order but never told me why, was rude and kept telling me they removed the hold. Yet when I still didn't receive the order a week later they told me the hold was still there. What a scam and they refused to reimburse my expedited shipping and they told me to take a picture of my card and ID. "
