"lolli couture is a company that offers merchandises such as women's and teen clothing and shoes. I came across the website as I was shopping for a dress to wear at my friend's wedding. I made a purchase on March 28th, 2016 and waited to receive a shipment confirmation but it never came. the order never shipped and the company did not bother to contact me about an issue with the order or anything. The items I ordered were not marked at backordered when i purchased them, so I have no idea what caused the delay. In any case, the wedding was scheduled for April 16th, 2016 so knowing that the merchandise has not shipped as of wednesday april 6th 2016, I called the company to tell them that I will no longer need the merchandise and they should cancel the order and refund me since nothing was shipped after 10 days of placing the order. They responded by saying that they could not confirm the cancellation because their system take 24 to 48 hours to report a shipment. I waited til friday April 8th, i did not receive a shipment confirmation by email so no merrchandise has shipped. I called the company to confirm that the order was cancelled. The representative confirmed that the order has not shipped but refused to confirm that they would process a refund. they said that all they can do is put a note in my account to request for the order to be cancelled and wait on a decision from the shipping and accounting department. I ask if she could confirm that the shipment has been stopped and nothing will be sent out to me since the order is late and I no longer need the merchandise. the representative did not confirm anything and just dismissed my request. this business has had numerous complaints on the bbb business review and do not conduct proper business and cause losses of money and times to people that buy from them. I am only one of their numerous victims and I strongly believe that they take advantage of their customers once they have pocked their money. I will file a dispute with my credit card in order to receive a refund of my hard earned money."

"I placed my order for my bathing suit on March 24th and payed $68.59 for two day shipping hoping to receive it before I left for vacation on April 1st. When I didn't receive a shipping confirmation within a few day I would call multiple times a day to speak with a representative. The line would be busy most times and when I finally got through, it would take about ten minutes before a representative answered my call and I was hung up on. When I was finally able to talk to a representative I was told that my order was still in the processing process and that I should receive it in time. By Wednesday the 30th I still have not received a shipping confirmation and knew that if it wasn't shipped by then I would not receive it in time. I called the customer service number again to cancel my order and refund me the money. While at work on Thursday the 31st at 1:34am (I work overnight) I received an email saying that my email was shipped. I had to call multiple times during the business hours to again get the busy signal and to be hung up on when I finally got through TWICE. When I was finally able to explain my issue with a representative she took my number and said that she would call me back which she never did. Then when I finally came back from vacation the bathing suit top was too small and I can't return it. This place has terrible service and should work on improving it if they plan on staying in business. "
