"I placed about 5 different orders on this website. Two of the orders were to re-order bathing suits I ordered in MEDIUM but one was WAY too small and damaged and the other was HUGE. I had so much trouble with the inconsistent sizing and horrible customer service. Hanna talked a lot about not being able to help me because of "company policies" and went into great detail to explain that she has no way of knowing what all of the many vendors are doing that Lollicouture represents. I said that I received a bathing suit that was the exact same size as the one I was replacing but the size tag of the second one was cut out! I told her I did not get what I ordered and asked if fixing that problem was against "company policy." She would not take responsibility for THEIR mistakes and I won't ever shop on that site again."
