"Took 10 days to actually ship my purchase and ignored my email asking for a status update. They were to send me an email telling me when my package was sent out and give me a tracking number. After a few days, I sent them an email asking for the status since no notice of shipping had been sent. No reply until I got an automated email 10 days after placing the order the package was sent. Poor customer service and very poor product management for taking so long to ship out."

"THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET AND KEEP YOUR MONEY! I placed an order with them 2/18/2016 expecting to get it at the latest 3/4/2016 because everything I order was for my spring break trip. On their company website it states that it takes up to 15 days for customers to receive their packages. After waiting for 2 weeks and seeing that my package had not even been processed, I called and spoke with a representative requesting that he cancel my entire order. He assured me that it would be done. THE VERY NEXT DAY (3/2/2016) I received an email informing me that my package had been shipped. I immediately called lollicouture and spoke with another representative, and told him that I canceled my package because it was not going to arrive on time and I ONLY wanted the items for spring break. He told me that the only thing I could do is send the items back once I received them. I received the package 3/12/16. I opened it to ensure that everything that they said had actually shipped. I have never tried on the clothes or even opened the bags that they are in because I DO NOT WANT THEM. I made sure I let the representatives I spoke with know also. I immediately filled for an RMA and to my dismay I was only approved for RMA for ONE out of the SIX items i ordered. The fact that I called to cancel my order, yet it was still shipped informs me that this company is out to get your money no matter what, and the fact that I was told by a representative I would be able to receive a refund, and then told once I requested to send the package back that I could only receive a store credit on one of the items informs me that this company is out to STEAL your money. I just want my money back because I DO NOT want and will NEVER wear the clothes that I never wanted after canceling my order. Customer service with this company is a joke. The representatives all tell you different things that turn out to be lies. I am tired of being lied to and would not advise anyone to do service with this business.

"I ordered a swimsuit in a size large and matching cover up. I received swim suit and it is in no way a large. I gave it to my size small cousin and the breast part was still even too small for her. She is a 34B. The tag on the bathing suit for size was clearly removed. Not to mention I was NEVER notified that I would not be receiving the matching cover up. There was no explanation just scribbled red writing on a receipt that said RF. I'm assuming that meant refund. I have yet to receive my money back. "
"The size chart does not depict the sizes correctly. Everything I bought according to the size chart did not fit me. I looked at the swim suit that I bought without even opening it and realized that it would probably fit a 13 year old who wanted to have bigger boobs. I am still waiting on three more items which are on back order. I'm afraid of the return process and unsure if I will even get my money back for all the items that will never fit me. "
