"Customer service was horrible. I was on hold for 20 min at least every time I called. The rep couldn't give me answer or solution. Placed an order two weeks ago and its status is still pending which is ridiculous since they took the funds the next day. The rep told me they weren't sure when it would ship or of it would be processed. At this point I just wanted to cancel my order and get my money back. "I don't know where to begin. FIRST! Their bathing suits run small and are final sale no exchange no refund! I ordered two different orders from this raggedy place. The first bathing suit shipped out in size medium quickly I was very happy until it arrives and was way too small. So I tried to return it and the guy said they are final sale. So I ordered a new one in a size large. That shipped and arrived within five days and I was happy. Meanwhile I'm still waiting on a different order of two bathing suits. Those I initially orders as size medium. Once the first suit was too small I called and asked if they could switch those to a size large before shipping. The man said yes. Low and behold two weeks later when I still haven't heard a word I called back. I was told they shipped as medium and there's nothing I can do about it. I complained and wanted refund and the lady was very rude. I will be calling back and you better believe I'm getting my money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND DONT REC THEM. THE CHEAP PRICE IS T WORTH CHEAP SERVICE. As you can see my initial order was 2/23 and here it is 3/10 and I'm just now getting any info that it shipped and in the wrong size. "
