"Ive ordered swimsuits in the past from Lolli Couture, and after several purchases, realized they run very small. I'm 5"3, weigh 135 pounds and normally a medium. So this time I ordered 3 swimsuits 2 sizes larger each so a large and an extra large. The extra large fit but was a little on the loose side so then I tried on the large and fits perfect!!!! Reason I give it a somewhat satisfied is because it took forever for my swimsuits to get shipped to me. Which I'm still waiting on the 3Rd swimsuit because it's on back order. I ordered February 8th, and just arrived March 4th. Their customer service is not great. Their warehouse in North Carolina was shut down due to a storm, I get it, but at the same time I'm a customer that had already paid over $80 including shipping for my swimsuits and they didn't even try to fix it. Not even a refund on my shipping at least. But I do love my swimsuits and can't wait for the 3rd one to come in and now that I know what size to get, I'll be ordering more soon. "
"The items ran totally different in size. My skirt fit great, my top was too tight. The one piece bathing suit was two sizes too small. The two piece bathing suit was a little baggy on the bottom. The shimmery dress I ordered was way too small. So half the items I can't wear although I ordered everything the exact same size. Disappointing after waiting almost 4 weeks. "

"I ordered 9 outfits and shoes from LolliCouture on Feb. 17. Got 8 already but one outfit is not arrive and no one ever send me a notice by email. I only see the paper inside the box, said "If your order is not complete, please be patient." OK I be patient, waited for another one week, still nothing. So I called the customer phone# twice, each time waited for 10 minutes, no one answer.
I been a customer for LolliCouture for a few years, even before they changed their business name. For the good service before, I'm giving this survey 4 stars this time - Somewhat satisfied. I hope customer service can contact me ASAP. There is also a gift they promised but wasn't there. But I careless about the gift. Just want to know when can they ship my swim suit - BLACK SHEER SLEEVELESS SEXY ONE PIECE SWIMSUIT.

"I would never try to purchase anything from LolliCouture again nor recommend them to anyone. The shipment was not sent next day air as, only half of the order was shipped when it finally came, I never got a shipping or tracking number until I contacted them, then I had to contact them again to see when the rest of the items would be shipped."

"I purchased a large swimsuit and noticed that it was the same size as my sister's size small that she purchased from them as well, when I called customer service and told them that there is no way the swimsuit I had was a large ( the swimsuit didn't even have a size tag on it) the representative told me that because of their policy about not returning swimsuits there was nothing that they can do about it. If they would've checked the tracking of the package they would've seen that I had just received that swimsuit that day so there was no way I could've worn it. I completely understand the policy however in that case I feels as though they should've took the swimsuit back and sent the correct size even if they would've took the loss and threw the swimsuit away."

Sent an email last week to check the status of my order because I couldn't reach customer service by phone & never received a reply. Finally was able to get thru to customer service today to check the status & was told my order was delayed due to bad weather. What bad weather??? And was told my order is still being processed and I will receive in 7 days. "
