"I ordered my package on the 12th. I never received any information regarding a tracking number until I had to email them myself a week later. Today is the 26th & I just received my order which wasn't even complete seeing how I got refunded for a dress & have 2 bodysuits on backorder. I am almost at the third week of not having my items. Smh. My first time ordering from them was in 2014 & I kept wondering why I've never ordered from them again. Trust, it's not the 12$ shipping which is crazy, it's the lack of communication they have with their customers. This is my second time ordering w/ them & both times, I myself had to reach out to them via email just to figure out where MY package is. The items from both orders run slightly small but not uncomfortably tight. Yet their lack in communication alone has made me never want to shop here again & I won't. I went a whole year without doing so. It's not hard & there's others business who actually give awesome customer service especially dealing w/ delivery dates & communication. I can't even give them 3 stars b/c of this alone. If you don't mind waiting damn near a month for one package to arrive, shop here. If you want you things on time, DON'T! "
