"I love the product is made with good quality but being a bathing suit I think They are sized small and should indicate that. I got an Xlarge and it looks like a medium. I am afraid to try it on and be disappointed. "

Had not received order yet

"I ordered a sweatshirt almost ten days ago and still have not received any confirmation email or shipping information. I had to call customer service and ask to make sure that my order had been received since I was charged. They said that the store had closed because of a storm and that my package would be mailed by the end of the week, but still no shipping information has been sent to me. Would have been nice to have someone reach out to me and let me know about the delay. Will give it another day or two and if there is still nothing, I am calling and canceling my order and getting a refund. "

"Not only did I not receive my order but I was given the ups delivery fraud number to find my package THAT takes 6-10 days and at which time they will email me and let me know what they found..... Then after that I can submit for a refund..... So now on top of the two weeks that I waited for my order now I have to add more weeks because it never showed up! Never will I shop online without and a credited name attached "

Never again!

"worst customer service I have ever received from "jack" when I didn't receive tracking info after about a week I called to check on the order I spoke with a lady who was somewhat helpful and told me my boots may be out of stock and she would get back to me later that day but never did (possibly she just forgot)I called the next day and spoke with jack who said my boots had been shipped and I would receive tracking info that day. I never received tracking info so I called the next day. Spoke with jack again and he says the boots are out of stock. When I asked why he said they had been shipped he didn't have an answer probably the worst rep I have ever encountered lack of knowledge and seemed to genuinely not care. Because he never took the time to figure out what was going on with the boots he just said what he had to say to get me off the phone even after I explained to him the conversation from the day before and when I asked if there was an email I could use to reach out to a manager he didn't know nor would he ask a manager to take the call or provide him with the information I was asking he said there was no manager there. Weird that there is only one rep and no managers and that rep doesn't know anything and I'm still waiting for that refund 2weeks later. Definitely won't make that mistake again. "
