"They claim most products process the same day, other than special products that require up to 3 business days. On the 6th business day, I contacted Lollicouture in regards to a purchase I made as a gift. Because they promote such fast service, I ordered a last minute (10 days out) gift for a friend. When I found out on the 7th business day that my order hadn't even been processed, I attempted to cancel my order. 12 hours later they processed my order and by the next day they sent the product from the warehouse. Unfortunately that was 2 days until I needed the item and I knew shipping would most likely not be that fast across the country. I exchanged about 15 emails with "customer service". They were completely rude, unapologetic, and basically told me that according to their "policies" that they did everything they were obligated to do. Oddly enough, they misquoted their policy every reference and even admitted that the wording was vague and confusing. Furthermore, they went on to say that they would not cancel the order, offer a refund, or even any kind of exchange or credit. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and receiving my money back from this horrible business. It seems to be run by snotty, teenagers with no business sense, intelligence, integrity, or respect for the customers. Avoid this business at all costs."

"I am missing two items from two different orders. I attempted to contact the company directly through their customer service email with no results. I had to open a dispute with PayPal. I finally recieved a rude email telling me that since I went through PayPal for resolution they did not have to deal with me. I received incomplete orders with no communication from the company except for refund written in ink on my invoice. There was however no refund as of yet to my account. "
