"the boots I odered were pretty much as pictured, I ordered 3 different styles 2 of them look the way I expected them to all though one pair was very cheap looking.(the leather knee high boots) they all fit fine. the fabric in clothing however is a very poor quality and they were poorly tailored (seems don't match and threads hanging off the clothes) so I'm glad I only ordered a few items. I'm glad I had a coupon to apply because I would have been very disappointed if I paid the full listed price I gave a higher rating only because I got lots of compliments on 2 of the boot styles and I feel like they are unique. the shipping speed was decent as well. I do plan to continue to be a customer and I hope there are some clothing items that aren't so poorly made. "

"I had placed an order on 12/8 that was on clearance and paid more for the shipping than the actual item. I still have yet to receive the items that I have purchased. I had called customer service and was told that they were waiting on the item from the manufacturer and did not have any time frame. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the purchase.
