Not only did it take 4+weeks to finally get here (although I may live in Canada), I already paid a large sum, AND a hefty shipping fee, NOW i have to also pay taxes and duty!

They should communicate a lot better about prices and also about shipments for specific items and how long it takes to ship BEFORE the order, a pre-warning would have been greatly appreciated and caused a lot less frustration on my part.

"I am a first time customer. I placed an order on 12-4-15. This order was for my upcoming trip on 12-20-15, and after two weeks of not receiving my shipment I emailed the support team, and I did receive a prompt response stating that for some reason my order had taken "unusually long". I just called customer service today to inquire about my order, in which I spoke to a "Robert" but I'm not sure if he gave me the right name. He told me if I had already emailed support that I didn't need to be calling customer service, and then to make things even worse I was in the middle of speaking then I heard him put his phone or headset down and I was saying "hello,hello" after which you hear him pick up the phone or earpiece back up and says "yes? How can I help you?" I was in the middle of a conversation with this man, and he asks how can I help you??? What type of support is this representing your company?? I'm very appalled and offended, especially as a first time customer! I asked to speak to a manager or another colleague and I was told I could speak to anyone else. This is not a way to treat customers.
The above content was an email I sent to the support team on 12-17-15 (I have still not received a response!) it is now Sunday 12-20-15, on the way to the airport and I am leaving without the FIVE SWIMSUITS & coverup I ordered. Beyond disappointed in the way I was treated as a customer, and to top it off I am now stuck with the order (which will arrive in Chicago while I'm already in Mexico) that I won't even have a need for. Waste of time, waste of MONEY. Should have ordered from somewhere else!!!!!!!!"

"On your website it says that if purchases are fulfilled before 3pm PST then orders wil be shipped that day. I was depending on that so my order could come in on time. But it didn't and I had to wait nearly two weeks after I made the purchase for a shipping order. I have yet to pick up my package but if my products are less than satisfactory I will return immediately and will expect a full refund. "
