"I had been looking for a decent field/military style watch for a fair price with all the bells and whistles and I finally found it! So where do I start...The case is at 39 mm. Thickness is a little on the big side at 12mm. A 39 mm case is great for most people but I unfortunately have small wrists 36 mm would have been perfect but hey that’s life. The case also decently polished. The dial is plain but not terrible looking and it does have lume at the number indexes as well as the hands. The hands are perfectly designed and shaped to set and tell time accurately. I got to give it to Marc from Long Island watch the T- day/date is pretty ingenious and completely original. Nobody else has that design as far as I know. The caliber of the watch I don’t have the specs on but so far so good and it keeps time nearly perfectly +/- 1or 2 sec. GREAT see-through on the back of the watch. The band is ok but NOT bad and it is really easy to change; the watch has a normal clasp. 100 meters is a plus if you need more than that get a DIVER WATCH I suppose and when setting your watch do not try to pop out the crown! The crown is a SCREW ON you must screw it off in order to pop out the crown and then adjust. Which is also a great feature b/c screw on crowns are more water tight.

Tips: improve on the dial design and color. Try to distinguish the coloring from standard time to military time. You guys could become real trend setters by making the case sizes SMALL to have an authentic retro look and feel to them. 34-36mm Trust me on this one! Have the full face lume dial as an option or not. The hands and indexes will work. The band could be better material although the leather lining inside is quite nice and hygienic. If you guys have to bump up the price slightly in order to meet these specs by all means. Try to keep the caliber Japanese made, if you haven’t already.That’s all I can think of but if you guys follow the formula you’ll have a best seller and give Hamilton a run for their money.
