"Horrible customer service. The price of an item dropped just a couple hours after I placed the order. They would not adjust it and told me I could return the item but would have to pay for return shipping plus the cost of original shipping would be deducted from the refund. They messages were rude and no effort was made to do anything for the customer such as offer a coupon etc. I will never use loungefly etc again. Worst customer service and it's not like the loungefly items are cheap."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a backpack over a month ago. When I checked the status it said it had been delivered. I never received any packages or anything. When I contacted the customer service they told me it was delivered and that I needed to go to my post office and talk to neighbors. I did all that and again no packages. I contacted them again and they told me they could only do a 10% refund because they lost money as well. They also then told me they sent the wrong package and I needed to find it and send it back before I'd get the item I purchased. I've been going back and forth with them for days now and they just told me they can only do a partial refund because they lost money. At the end of the day I never got my order and even then they never even sent it and said they sent the wrong item anyway. I have taken screenshots of my conversations with them and will be posting. Horrible Horrible customer service. I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this company!"
"I collect Loungefly bags. But I usually order from other websites. You would think the company that makes the bags would have better customer service.
First off. Ordered an exclusive bag. The websites stated one per household not one per account. I ordered one for my address. Then went back in and ordered a second with my mothers information as she is a collector too.
They cancelled the order to my address. When I followed the rules of one per household as we each have our own houses. She is 70 years old and ordering online for an item that sold out in 12 minutes wasn’t something she could do.
Second I contacted them right away about a missing digit on my order. Again limited release I miss typed trying to enter my info fast.
They don’t have a phone number to call, so you can only email. Took over 24 hours for a response to be told that they couldn’t update the address because it already is being shipped. No email was sent to say it was being shipped until a few minutes after they responded. Yet it was just a label that was created. It’s been several days and the item has not actually been shipped.
I swear this person went out of their way to create a label after saying no sorry can’t do anything.
Funko pop is a dying brand. Are they trying to kill Loungefly too?"
"Purchased two bags, a wallet, and smaller accessories on cyber Monday. I have been receiving periodic emails about their delays and didn't receive a real update until the first week of January when half of my order showed up. I emailed them about the other half which was the more expensive bag and wallet that I planned to give as the main Christmas gift (now a valentines day gift). They responded to my email from 1/6/2023 one hour ago (1/30/2023) saying there is no stock from my order in November and refunded me. Absolutely ridiculous.
Do not purchase from this store online until they handle this. this is the second time I have ordered from the website and the second time there has been an unacceptable delay and complete lack of customer care. the first order was not even during a holiday period. really unfortunate. "

I purchased a mini backpack on 11/28/22 and the email I received said, "Due to large events and increased sales volume, customers may experience delays of up to 7 days for their order to ship. We appreciate your patience during this time as we work to get your item(s) out as quickly as possible. 14 days passed and I emailed and their responses are generic and robotic. They wrote, "This message is confirmation that we have received your inquiry. Support requests are reviewed in the order they are received and you should receive a response within 3 - 5 business days Monday - Friday. There is no customer service, there is no phone number. I emailed them over 7 times and in one I told them not to ask for a review because it would be a bad one. And what did they do? Their robot sent me an email asking "How would you rate the support you received?" REALLY!!!!! WHAT SUPPORT??!!!!! In one email I told them they took my money immediately and now I want a refund, IMMEDIATELY. No response. Bottom line is don't ever order from these people. They are not legitimate. It is January 12, 2023 and I have still not received my order. I hope when I call my credit card company they will reverse the charge."

"I, like many others, had ordered items WELL before christmas. But due to their "unprecedented demand" they were unable to ship the items on time.
What this tells me is that they didn't actually have the items in stock, and they advertised it as such when in reality it was a pre-sale or "made to order" type item. And that their supplier didn't have the stock so they basically were scrambling to try and get even more funds to cover their tracks with their ridiculous "Sorry, but here's 15% off so you can buy MORE STUFF WE DON'T HAVE AND YOU WON'T GET BEFORE CHRISTMAS ANYWAY" email.
This is unacceptable on so many levels."
"If I could just leave this review at zero stars I would. This company is the absolute worst. They ran a Cyber Monday promotion enticing people to buy their merchandise at discount prices. I placed an order for 5 bags which were all Christmas presents on November 28th. After 2 weeks I started inquiring why my items had not shipped yet. I got canned responses to every email I sent. I then noticed that they put a message on their website about their "unprecedented demand" and warning customers that if they ordered after December 6th they wouldn't receive their items until after December 25th. That was FALSE INFORMATION. That message ensured that anyone who ordered prior to December 6th would receive their order in time for Christmas. I continued to email this company and ask for updated shipping information and every single response I got was a canned response with NO tracking information, updated shipping information, or any type of update on my personal order. It is now December 28th and I still don't have my order. Christmas has come and gone, and the gifts that I anticipated to have to give to family were not there on Christmas day. How this company gets away with this type of business is beyond me. They have the absolute worst customer service- they can't handle the inventory that they have- and they clearly don't know how to run a successful business. I will never give this company money again after this experience. Their dishonesty to their customers is staggering. "

"0 stars. This is the absolute worst company I have ever bought from. I have never made an online review before but I am just so frustrated with Loungefly. I ordered $200 worth of items from Loungefly on their Cyber Monday Sale, but my order has yet to show any kind of progress - not even a shipping label made. I have emailed Loungefly FOUR times and only received a generic copy/paste response saying that items ordered before 12/6 will make it in time for Christmas -- well I ordered mine 11/28 and it is now 12/27 with no update at all. My entire order was Christmas presents for multiple people, so I had a few family members receive nothing from me yet. I will now have to ship these items all across the country where my family members went home to (if Loungefly will ever ship?) Loungefly continues to push "promo codes" for new orders and new items but completely ignores their customers, which if they are that "backed up" new orders would just add on to that. I have confirmed with multiple other customers that they received their items if they ordered 11/29-12/6. This means they are only shipping orders that people paid full price for, and not shipping the sale orders. This is a terrible business practice and I will absolutely never be purchasing anything from Loungefly ever again, and to tell my friends/family the same."
