Not the best of quality

"I paid $70 dollars for my chip n dale backpack. I got it as a mothers day gift so have had it for less than a month. Already the paint is starting to rub off which shouldn't happen with normal use. Disappointing to say the least."

High Prices, LOW Quality

"Got a suuuuuuper cute D.Va mini backpack a few months ago. This bag is less than six months old, and it's a good size for me, but the straps are WORHTLESS. It did NOT take long at all for the straps to begin tearing. It looks like they're going to completely break any day now! I tried contacting them, but every single time I clicked submit for my support request ticket, I kept getting an error message that said they couldn't process the request! Guess it was too real for them and there wasn't enough praise for their low quality purse.

I'm super **** that I spent like $60 on this thing, just for the straps to shred. I don't know if I'll be able to fix them without damaging the rest of the bag either.

NEVER buying another Loungefly product again.

CS is a JOKE!

"I had to go around in circles to get in contact with CS. Only to be told over a week later that I had to fix their defective merchandise! There is no phone number to reach them and they only refer you to the email they list. Also, they never mention their warranty anywhere. Horrible CS!! I still haven’t gotten a response for my second email to them and it’s been another week!"

horrible customer service

"I am trying to return my item and they won't even pay for the shipping back to them. They also charge$10 for shipping the item when it's a $60 backpack. RIP OFF. I could only get my refund if I pay for shipping and they have to get the return before the 14 days of the purchase date which is stupid because it took 10 days for the item to get here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM."

Junk materials

"Bought a wallet. Used it only a few times and the 'faux leather' lining disintegrated. Total junk. Contacted Loungefly and scoffed that the wallet is 5 years old. Well, yes it is 5 years old and barely used and not abused. I emailed them back and never heard a reply. Cute stuff but fabricated from junk materials. "

Purse turned blue and CS didn't care (at all)!!!

"I received a Loungefly bag as a gift from a friend and originally loved it! However, my excitement turned to disappointment after two uses. On the back side of the bag, the colors appeared to smudge until there was a strange, blue dye across a large area of the back of the bag. I wasn't wearing blue either time I used this bag, so I know the dye didn't come from my clothing.

Since the bag was a gift, it was hard to return to the store. I still had the tags, and had only used it twice, so I decided to contact the manufacturer, Loungefly. Their response is why I am writing this review.

First, the person in customer service who replied to me denied even making this bag, insisting that I was confused. When I replied with a clear link to their website showing that, in fact, they did make the bag, the customer service representative I communicated with admitted that it was indeed their bag but came back with the somewhat surly reply that they had many bags and she couldn't be expected to know what bag I was talking about right out of the gate. She then insisted that my friend must have purchased the bag from Hot Topic and that I needed to return it there.

I found this all pretty rude and discouraging, but like a fool I kept hoping that maybe someone would help me, so I emailed again and said that I didn't know where my friend purchased the bag. However, it only came with the Loungefly tags, suggesting that it was not purchased at Hot Topic. This all seemed somewhat irrelevant, though, as the bag was defective- something was wrong with a Loungefly product, and they were responsible for fixing it, regardless of where it was purchased. I communicated this to the customer service rep and again asked for assistance, sending pictures of the obvious defect (which I wish I could include here).

The customer service rep said she's check with QC and get right back to me...which never happened. Go figure! For $68 (plus shipping) you'd really expect a lot more.

Go ahead and give these guys a whirl...maybe you'll have a better experience than me! Just know that it's a gamble, and they're certainly unlikely to help you if something goes wrong with their product. I even suggested I would write a review online and they didn't seem to care.

"Purse Straps are worthless but the purses are amazing!

I get compliments all the time but the straps didn't last more the 60 days.

replacements cost too much, so i brought a purse direct from lounge fly and the same thing happened!
