"Looking at these reviews I am having the same problem. Ordered a bag for a Disney trip 1 month in advance was charged and still no bag and leaving tomorrow for my trip. Label was created 12 days after I ordered and then it just sat for another 8 days no still in transit. No customer service number takes days to respond to an email. Now I have to be bothered to return this if I ever receive it. First and last time ever ordering from here, which is very unfortunate because the backpacks are so cute but not worth this aggravation. If you need to buy something here make sure you give it 2 months to deliver."
"I ordered something November 28 and I’m still waiting for shipment or any kind of information. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no response. Of course they have no phone number. Pretty sketchy. I’m so tired of the excuses!! Christmas comes every year at the same time!! It’s no surprise! If you can’t HS other load, get out of business!!"
"I placed an order November 15th, then received an email (after the fact) stating there was a convention and they were experiencing a two-week delay on shipping. I was already disappointed, because I purchased the item for a November 24th birthday, but whatever, I get it. On November 28th, I received a shipping notification with tracking. Yay! However, the UPS tracking number did not pull up on the UPS website. I waited a day, two days... nothing. On December 2nd, I reached out to Loungefly/Funko again. No response. I reached out again, and someone finally got back to me to apologize that my order must have been "lost in shipping". I said I'd like a replacement, as I've already told the recipient that her birthday gift is late, but on the way. Now they're telling me that there is a two-week delay and I won't receive the order until after Christmas. Why would you delay an order that was lost because of your error? I'm still waiting on a supervisor to respond. Just know if you ordered anything for Christmas, don't plan on getting it, and don't expect any help from customer service."
"Ordered over $200 worth of product from this company on November 16, 2022. Two weeks later. Still have not received my items, emailed service, canned email response. We ship in two weeks time, a few more days went by, emailed again. Same canned email response. Now I get a tracking number, check tracking, it states label created. Which means they created a label, not shipped the items. This occurred on December 3. December 8, look at tracking number again, still listed as label created. Not shipped, 22 days later. However, they have my money and marked the order as fulfilled. Horrible customer service. They have until December 10, to ship my item. If my item is not shipped by the 10th, I am going to contact the BBB and my bank and report fraud. They can fight it out with my bank. However, I have the documentation to show nothing has been done. I believe this is a fraudulent practice that they utilize. This company probably does $500,000 or more of sales a month. Do you realize if they take $500,000 in orders, even if they don’t use the product on hand. Place that money on there bank account and si on it until people start to complain which could be a month or longer. They have already accrued $2500 in interest for nothing. No product delivered. "
"I ordered a wallet for my mom and found out it was not what she wanted. It was within 30 minutes of ordering and I was already told the shipment had been processed and I could not cancel my order. Okay, that's fine. I'll just wait. I then realized my address had the wrong zipcode. Same issue. I had to wait the three weeks for the postal system to realize the package was 2 hours from the intended location before I could think about returning the package. Once I had, customer service took three days to respond to my initial email due to high volume of requests from the fall convention. I was then told that shipping for the wallet would be withdrawn from my refund. One week of this issue is my fault as I was headed out of town for that length of time in early November. However, the day I got home I sent the package out. It has been 10 days since UPS delivered my package and I have not gotten a refund or any notification they have received my package. I even emailed a few days ago and did not receive a response. I ordered the wallet on October 10th. It is not November 28th. I am extremely frustrated as I need this money to order Christmas gifts for my family. I emailed again today and was told that they are still behind on orders due to the 2022 fall convention, whatever that is. They obviously need more workers for their company. Customer service rep is slow and cancellation policies do not exist. These are things that happen when companies are short staffed due to whatever reason. This is also not how you get a returning customer base. I will no longer be shopping here. "
"I just received my order for the Hocus POcus BInz cat purse. What a disappointment this purse has been. I added the shoulder straps to the purse and when I have it on my shoulder the purse hangs upside down. Do they even check the quality of their merchandise. It looks ridiculous when wearing it and the purse is hanging upside down and all your stuff could fall out of it if you don’t have the zipper completely closed. This was my fist time purchasing from Loungefly and what a disappointment for the price of the purse. Now the 20 discount it gone for Halloween items. No phone number to talk with a customer service person and only 10 percent to buy another purse.

"Do not purchase from loungefly. I had purchased 2 purses, a backpack, and a wallet from them. Upon arrival all were damaged with stains (one of the purse looked like what honestly can only be described as muscus as the stain). I opened a claim with customer service(you can only email them) and sent them pictures of everything. They gave me 10% off of the bag that has mucus on it after asking me to remove it, then sent me a replacement for the other purse and the wallet. The backpack you might ask nope not stained enough for them. The replacements were in WORSE condition then the originals messed up stitching and even more staining. I let them know that at this point I'd like a callback and I'd like a supervisor they respond have you tried cleaning it? I have been dealing with this since 10/24. At this point I am sending back the replacements rather than the originals and have come to the realization that they have poor customer service and could care less about customer experience. I will never purchase from them again. Walmart had better quality than this"
"They only shipped half my order. There is no customer service phone number and they apparently don’t reply to emails. After sending two emails asking where my backpack was, I got a shipping notification emsil but no other reply and for days it has just said it’s at the ‘label printed’ stage. I placed this order 3.5 weeks ago and now I won’t have it for my Disneyland trip if it ever even arrives. "

"Well I’ve got a backpack in June this year. I decided that I change my mind and returned it I shipped it back and paid for shipping to get back within 2 to 3 days. Kept the receipt got a confirmation that it was delivered the amount goes by no information on return so I reached out to customer service to email multiple times and when I said multiple I mean multiple times and I said we’ll get back with you 3 to 5 days never did and then I sent a message on messenger to loungefly and I got a response saying do the Covid that the staff was cut short will get back to you soon as possible . Weeks go by again nothing from them again the only reason I got information from them to get a refund and remind you they are only gonna give me up 50 something dollars worth instead of the whole refund because they said I didn’t respond within 3 to 5 days returning the thing which I have proof by email receipt and confirmation that it was delivered they took 15% off of my order and so far I’ve only gotten $38 out of $73. So I got another email today on August 28 saying since I didn’t reply in time again which shows that I did apply in time with all my emails and all my receipts are my confirmation that it was arrived that they were gonna give me whatever 30% of $73 is what do you think it is $53: receive 38 only reason I got that is because I thought in a lawyer because it’s been three months almost 4 without a response except for the day saying that they’re taking 15% off because I never I didn’t get back with him in time which is a lie and I will never buy anything from the store again and I will let other people that I know that like loungefly not to be there as well "

Since I didn’t use the backpack immediately it was too late for a return and Loungefly offers no guarantees. Worse customer service policy ever. Don’t buy from them!!"
"I bought a Loungefly from a one of their sellers called Cord'y Corner. I never received my package. I emailed them and was basically told, I'm outta luck. Once the shipment shows delivered they have have nothing to do with it. I stated it shows delivered but I didn't get it. They didn't believe me. They told me that I would have to call the post off and file a claim. I told them that was their job. At one point after so many back and forth email I mentioned that I file a complaint the BBB on them. Their email back was one sentence "Ok, thank you for letting me know. Shona." After it was known that it was delivered to the wrong address and their answer to this was that they Googled my address and the address it was delivered to and is was only a few blocks away and I should go to their house and ask for it back. They want me to go to a strangers house, get on their property and ask for my package. I live in the hood and that's something you dont do around here. I never got my Loungefly I paid $82 for. So take this warning, if you buy from Cord'y Corner make sure you get your package straight from the postman because it it get lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong place you will not be getting your money back. All you will be getting is rude email response from them."
