"I did not purchase anything this visit. I came in to talk to an associate about my flat moviesac that I purchased about 8 years ago. I couldn't get any help online or on the phone with customer service. I visited the downtown summerlin Las Vegas location where Lauren greeted me with the biggest smile. Because of her smile, it made me smile. I wasn't smiling when I first stepped in. I was kinda frustrated with lovesac customer service. Lauren resolved my flat moviesac issue in just 10 minutes. I was on the phone for almost an hour and got nowhere. Two thumbs up to crew who sent out the extra fillings. 5 days!! The time it took to get the extra filling inside of my moviesac from when I first spoke to Lauren. Wow! I am really impressed. I wish I could send you a picture of the smile on my face! :)"
