"I don't know where to even begin. Danbury mall location... OUTSTANDING sales people and well just all around great people in general. I could have sat on the store lovesac and chatted with them all day about the company the concept and the heart that goes into every sale and every customer. I had a very unusual situation - my husband passed away on his home office lovesac (shaped in the moonpit) sad but true- we also have 3 moviesacs in a room we wanted to make for movie watching. I couldn't bare to keep the lovesac where it was in his office -your smart and genuinely kind hearted staff helped me reconfigure what Pieces I had into movie seats and move it to the movie room with the sacs.... I then returned to the store and ended up buying another sectional to replace the one in the empty office but in a new fun easy style for me and the kids to enjoy. Wow - there is so much more to this story - I just wish I could give you all a group hug! Be back for my brothers home soon ox"
