"Impressed with the product. Sales associate was difficult to communicate with (not language problem). Not able to respond to my questions without my asking in several ways. I felt that I had to do all the work in the interaction. Sales associate said that the regular fill that I was interested in was the one she was sitting on but did not get up to allow me to try it. I had to seek out another display."

"My general experience with Lovesac was good but not ideal. I was NOT told about the cancer causing flame retardant applied to the Sac insert before purchase. At this point I'm reconsidering the purchase unless Lovesac can provide me with an insert that is free of the chemical treatment. Unfortunately this will likely mean that I pay a restocking fee. Shame on me for not doing all the research I should have. That said, I'll pay a restocking fee any day over the potential costs that I might incur should my, or my family's, health suffer as a result of this purchase."
