"Our Lovesac is my favorite piece of furniture and I would highly recommend it to everyone. You can tell that it is high quality, well made and you are definitely getting what you pay for. Most of all is that it is extremely comfortable and cozy. It is the perfect seat for binge watching shows on TV and that is what I look forward to many nights after a long day. The foam does not get compacted and is easy to fluff. I also really like that you can wash the cover if necessary or buy others if you want to change things up."

"My husband and I received outstanding service from the associates and Jonah expected us and helped us immediately. I was on a mission to replace an old bean bag chair and a few friends recommended LoveSac and their couch was super comfortable. Jonah explained the options and let us try all the products setup in the store. They were actually in the process of reorganizing the store when we arrived. From the time we entered to the time we left was about 20 minutes. I was prepared! Kudos to Jonah and his counterpart for their assistance. We even got the sac discounted by a scratch off promotion. "Our kids really wanted a Lovesac purchase. That is what motivated our purchase. Our one disappointment was upon delivery, receiving a large card stating under CA regulation, the Lovesac contained a material that causes cancer. We did not know this upon purchase. Had we known that, we would not have made the purchase. Also, that statement will stop us from making another Lovesac purchase. Please look into substitutes for that particular material."

However, when my sac arrived and I still hadn't heard anything about the cover, I had to call multiple times to try to find out status instead of that info being pushed to me. As it turns out, I will have had my sac for over a week by the time the cover arrives."
