"Obviously it depends on store square footage, but would have preferred 2 full couches of one type of cushion versus another, instead of just one cushion in one couch."
"My general experience with Lovesac has been very positive. The prices are significantly higher than other products offered by other companies. However, we were able to take advantage of a sale and special financing."
"I lived it. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Love the product!"
"Absolute best shopping experience I’ve ever had"
"Very impressed with the product and store displays, they do a great job of showing you the different arrangement options."
"I think it is an innovative idea. I love how you can buy separate pieces and put them together in a variety of different ways. It like legos for furniture and it is a lot of fun."
"Good experience knowledgeable staff"
"I always have a good experience in the downtown summerlin store."
"The experience was incredible! We didn't feel pressured into anything and the associates here were super helpful! We stayed in the budget and financed a great set up for a sactional."
"Associate was friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had about the product."
"I've had a movie sac since 1999 and rave about it. We purchased a loveseat sactional 2 years ago and love it - it's a quality piece of furniture, it's just a large investment on a tight budget. Since some furniture stores sell basic couches for $600 or so, I let people know to expect $1500 minimum for a basic couch at lovesac. Even with financing options, that is a lot to commit to for some folks and we've saved for a year for our simple upgrade and were still a little sticker shocked by the price. A lifetime guarantee is worth it for sure, and the concept of unit pieces that are easily rearrangeable is perfect for our city apartment needs, so long as you know it really is an investment."
"Great service and great product."
"The Lovesac pillow chairs look fun and comfortable."
"The couch suits my needs, however I am still without arm-pieces due to being sent defective pieces. I took the defective pieces back to the store, and now I am waiting on replacements to be sent. Now that I am hesitant if I am going to keep the sactional. I am getting mixed stories, depending on the associate that I speak with. They're now saying I need to keep the boxes for a return... this would take up a ton of space, and the whole reason I bought from the store- was because I don't want to deal with online returns/customer service for furniture. The store manager, and I, came to an agreement over the phone. I carried the defective 3 arms to the mall, and into the store. The store ended up only having damaged arms in the store. Then other associates began asking me a bunch of questions which I had already covered with the manager.. aka wasting my time, not helping to resolve the problem, and contradicting the manager."
"I had a very positive store experience and sectionals are amazing."
