"Received movies quickly. Thanks so much, everyone."
"I must say, at first I was distressed because I had tried to return my order for a refund, but seemed to get no response. I decided that my money was lost, and went about with my life.
However, several months later I was contacted by Loving the Classics asking if my issue had ever been resolved. I said it hadn't, and I was quickly my money back. It took a while, but I was glad that someone finally got around to helping me. Normally, this would warrant a bad review, but Loving The Classics has such an amazing selection of films, that I can't bring myself to say a bad word against them. No where else can a consumer find such unique and hard-to-come-by classic films, most of which are available nowhere else. I look forward to dealing with them again!"
"I have had a great experience with my purchases from "LovingtheClassics" and will most definitely order again and recommend this service to friends. When your looking for a classic there's no other place to go for that special hard to find classic to surprise that special someone in your life. "
"The package arrived in three weeks. The quality of the print is very good.I would like to buy more rare films but if I have to buy them directly from you, instead of through Amazon.com as I did with this film 'The Pied Piper', I might need help because I am,as they say, technologically challenged."
"Both DVDs were not acceptable. One of them was great until the last 20 minutes when it cut out with picture and sound. I was hoping to return it for a better copy but I had no response. The other DVD was of fuzzy and poor quality. I wanted to return it as well, but had no response for a return label or advisement."
"I had been looking for a copy of the old Alan Ladd film, Calcutta, for several years and finally found it at Loving the Classics. I have to tell you that the print is not that good, but watching it is like going back 30 years and seeing it on my family's black-and-white TV screen, the one with the rabbit ears on top. I think this print is more enjoyable than if I could have somehow gotten a perfect reproduction. Great job, Loving The Classics!"
"My order was processed and delivered very quickly and packaged well. And since they have a lot of hard to find films, I'll be ordering with them again.

"While the shipment of The Black Watch was received promptly,
the quality of the disc, visual more so than audio, is very disappointing."
"I have no problem about the delivery even if it took a little over two weeks as I was in no hurry! The slight problem I would see is that the movie print is very bad. But even that is not important and I'd rather have a bad print than no print at all of this movie The truth about Spring with Hayley Mills since I'm a collector of her movies. Thank you anyway!.... "
"The video and audio quality was extremely poor. I asked for and got a refund. Will probably not order from this seller again."
"I had ordered THE LIGHT THAT FAILED w/Ronald Colman and received the movie A CERTAIN SMILE in error on 6/11. It is now one week later I have sent 2 emails and have made 2 phone calls (left message). At least some response would be appreciated."
"the dvd has many tiny scratches on it, and the sound is very bad, I think someone must have recorded it from a tv"
"The three movies I bought from Loving the Classics suffer from extremely low quality picture. The lok as if they were downloaded from a poor version of utube, including the last two i received this week; Calcutta and Saigon both starring Alan Ladd. You should not be selling this merchandise at these prices or at least warn the potential buyer that these films are of very poor quality.

"The quality of the movies leaves much to be desired. THE TURNING POINT (1952) is terrible. Also your shipping is a bit dodgy! You never say when a customer can expect delivery like other dealers do. And LTC is never in a hurry to reply to an E mail.

"It was listed as new but was not in original wrap actually it wasn't wrapped at all. The picture was poor quality and looked like it was taped off the tv onto a vhs tape then recorded onto a DVD. "
