Changing auto-ship dates is an easy process that can be done on-line. So far, the products I have purchased have been good. The whole process has been problem free."

"I ordered on the assumption that the 90 day return guarantee included free return shipping. It does say "90 Day Returns Money back guarantee! Don't like it? Send it back!" But now that I am trying to return items since I am having an allergic reaction, I see that I am going to have to pay for the return shipping. So now I have to decide, am I going to pay to return the items or try to sell what I can to someone else?!?

Even with the $25 free shipping, it is really misleading since you can only get that with a subscription. There should really be an asterisk or something. The way it is now is probably illegal.
