"The shipping because you use the crap company DHL..they dump the shipments off at the Post Office even though the physical address is right there in front of them. Then if I try to pay for the shipping and do what the CS representative told me to do last time, put the physical address AND a box number..you try to charge me double $20 to ship, instead of the $10. That's your company and DHL I guess trying to screw the post office. Why is it dropped off there when you didn't pay the post office? They don't deliver it, they say it's "undeliverable" and it's being sent back. Then it takes a drama with your CS to find out that it's actually in the post office and I can go pick it up. So the big convenience is that I have to go through a drama when any element of my order is delivered? Usually multiple items all shipped separately? Then there is the issue of your autoship staying static even though you haven't shipped parts of my order for over 60 days..but more is coming? Oh..and I actually forgot how irritating this was last time and set my ancient mother up with her own account. Own email, own card, different address..but instead of getting some kind of reward, she was denied the introductory discount or the LV discount because "someone in your household already subscribed to that". So good idea..punish people who get you a new customer..better yet..punish the new customer. Hey..here's an idea..borrow somebody that actually knows what good customer service looks like and model your stuff after the. I am probably going to cancel everything with you guys and find another online supplier. Oh..and by the way, I have never got to use one single reward point. Because it was sooo important to you that the scrap of a reward point, expired"
"Stay away from this site. They will try to add items secretly to your cart. When you discover it later, don't bother to try to cancel or remove the item. You can't! Do not waste time trying to edit or remove credit info. You can't. And they don't answer their phone. Ever."

I spend hours in their chatbox to resolve this and showing them proof but they won't refund me until that package comes back to their warehouse. Knowing how difficult Italian customs is, that package will likely not return and so I lose my time and money due to their mistake.They acknowledge their mistake, yet to won't refund or send me a replacement order till that package returns. Amazing that a company from a first world country in 2020 can still operate like this. Please don't take the risk to order with them, their policy is very bad.
