"luckyvitamin.com is a fraudulent company, they will keep your credit card info hostage and wont delete off their website, and on top of that they automatically keep selecting you into autoship and no customer service via chat or via phone, you have to wait hours and hours but they clearly have separate option via phone if you want to place an order and they clearly tell "they wont be assisting you with other services, only with placing an order." and they force you to create a profile to check out, no guest check out, I regret ever trying to shop wit this company, they apparently put my order on hold and asked for credit card transaction number and photo id for worth of $60 order and I tried to contact them but werent available, so I replied to the email!! They were quick to refute they are fraudulent claim but they wouldnt delete my credit card info and I updated my info so my full address wasn;t just listed there as I wasnt going to use them ever again, I cared about my privacy, but they quickly changed my address back to my original address....dont give them your info, there are better companies out there, go with iHerb, this was my first time trying this fraudulent company because Iherb didnt have the this particular brand product...luckyvitamin is a fraudulent company , do not shop off their website and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE!!"

I have found the selection of products excellent, the prices competitive, shipping reliable, the items sufficiently protected, and customer service responsive and helpful. Recently, I've sensed they are receiving increased market demand for certain popular items that are especially well priced because I've had a few items back-ordered, and sometimes it takes me a little longer to get a live human on the phone when I have called customer service, but these are scenarios that can be expected from a company experiencing high demand. "Despite their heavy promotion for international sales, they are completely unequipped to do them and is essentially a scam. Despite the promise of my order in less than a week, they items were never sent, the tracking number they provided never worked and after more than 5 emails and still no response. They have very long (more than 30 minutes ) hold times on their phone line, and when I finally get through they could not give me any answers except to say I had to wait 60 days to apply for a "lost package refund", despite the fact they could give me no proof it was ever sent.

Now a a month later, and after another 4 emails, they claim the package is being returned to them as there was something customs rejected. Even though their site says they are international experts, they claim they have no idea what items could be rejected, and will take a 25% restocking fee from my order, plus the 2-way shipping costs. So from my $250 order I will pay them nearly a $100 for literally nothing- except lots of headaches on my end. And that is IF the refund ever comes through.

I see now there are tons of other similar complaints from overseas buyers - so if you are hoping to ship abroad do not use them! "
