Excellent Site

"I order a LOT of calorie-free "foods" (Walden Farms, NOoodle) through Lucky Vitamin on a weekly basis. It helps me feel full. The price benefits of AutoShip, LV+ membership and volume discounts save me a great deal of money. I have had excellent experiences with every aspect of the company: timely shipping, fabulous customer service, and products that are hard to find elsewhere. I would definitely advise giving them a try; if you do and don't like what they send of how they send it I'll bet customer service will satisfy you. They always have been great for me."

"не покупайте в этом разводняке лакивитаминс. в Россию отправляют без трекинг номера (точнее он только до таможни). даты доставки — вранье. заказ оформил в конце мая, сейчас 6 июля и ни о какой посылке даже нет речи. при этом стоимость доставки 350 руб. не тратьте свое время и покупайте лучше на айхербе. черт меня дернул заказать у этих разводил"

Horrible Customer Service

"On 6/12 I purchased a Backorder item that the website said was scheduled to ship to the following day. I assumed it would come with, or at least close behind, the other item I ordered, however, it didn't. I received an email on 6/13 stating the item was on back order and it was estimated to ship in 5-7 days. The website now says "Estimated to Ship in: No ship date". Since this was something I take every and was about to run out I called them today (7/2) and asked if they could send me 2 bottles of 90 capsules of the same product for the price I paid for 180 which would have resulted in a difference of $1.37 and waive the shipping because this would be considered a new order and I was told no! I cannot believe they would lose a customer over $7.32 but they have. I will go back to ordering from Amazon."

Horrible

"Worst shipping EVER. My package was shipped June 21st and is now in Sacramento and could be here in 3 hours but they say it's going to take another FIVE days. WTF? I ordered shampoo and in this heat with a 2 week shipping time it's probably going to be fermented and explode. I'm considering NEVER ordering from this company again. Also Fedex you ****! They sent me this email to see how I like my order. I like it to BE HERE, not take 2 weeks. EVERY other shipping company can get it here in 5 days or less. WTF is wrong with you people?"

Always a pleasant shopping experience

"I often shop at lucky vitamin for my safe/kid friendly cleaning supplies, health shakes and baby ointments. I always get a quality product in a timely manner. I used to shop on Amazon for everything but I kept receiving questionable items. Especially pet products/food items that could go bad. I think Amazon has so much crap to sell that they have a problem with rotating stock or something. I now get those things from LV and I won't go back!! "

Iffy follow through.

"Good product timely delivery but $100 worth of Sweet leaf stevia coated in sticky residue all bottles were intact which implies something broke before mailing. That's the chance u take going online. In person you wouldn't be handed several pounds of sticky Sweet leaf bottles. But u wouldn't get great price either "

Clueless non-responses

"After hours holding, I got someone with a distinctive Indian accent who was unable to solve the problem and had no access to a supervisor. I left a message here on FB but received nothing useful: "After 5 hours of phone, automated callback, and live chat (not available), you are 20 minutes away from my cancelling the autoship and all future orders. Horrible, unacceptable service!" The response indicated no interest from the representative in checking into the situation: "Thank you for contacting us, Michael. I apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in response. How can we assist?"

After changing my credit card according to their instructions, I began receiving these emails: "Thank you for your participation in our Autoship subscription program. We're sorry to report that your order for the item(s) below could not be processed today because of issues with your payment method. Please visit the “Manage Stay Lucky Autoship” section of My Account to update your default payment card so that your order can be re-processed." Too bad, guys, Amazon and Walmart have no problems with that same card. I have replaced my regular orders with you with them. You both have miserable customer service, but they at least will accept my payment. Bye-bye!

TERRIBLE, BADLucky Vitamin, order not delivered

"I HAVE NOT RECIVED MY ORDER, made on May 5th, today is June 11th, and I have contacted Lucky Vitamin's custom service by chat, mail, I tried telephone and nobody answers, and don´t give me a solution, they refuse to give me a refund or stake a claim as sender to find my order.

The worst, BADLucky Vitamin.
