"I ordered something which took alot longer than I expected and I moved in the middle of it being delivered which meant that them separating the order into 2 caused me alot of inconvenience. I tried emailing but they didn't reply for 5 days which didnt help so I called them but had to wait for 40 minutes on hold before finally speaking to someone who told me they might be able to help. I would probably not order in future from them unless I had alot of time to receive order. "

Качество товара хорошее,но посылка в безобразном сервисе внутри.Все было сброшено в кучу,два пакета с содой были повреждены и все,что было в заказе было в соде.Также пострадала упаковка на всех товарах,разорвана и измята.
Я писал в службу поддержки претензию ,но никакого ответа не последовало.
Крайне разочарован опытом покупки в магазине LuckyVitamin.
Качество сервиса магазина отношение к покупателю крайне плохие.

"I decided to purchase some vitamins on line on 12/12/2018 from South Africa and ordered items to the value of R1140.45 which is a lot of money to me as I am a pensioner looking to improve my health.
Two weeks three weeks then two months checked the website to track my package arrived in country 27/12/2018.
I enquired with Lucky vitamin customer service who were rude and replied that because I chose DHL shipping postal service it is my responsibility and they will not be assisting and will not be held responsible.
But who employed DHL to ship packages and ensure that I had insurance on the package Luck vitamin did!!!.
They also addressed me by my email address and not my name cant even do that right!
Contacted DHL who advised that they could not assist and I would need to contact the seller who again denied any responsibility.
Customer service as the words imply should assist when you encounter a problem not when they are looking for compliments .
Horrible and expensive experience!!!!!

"I was on their site looking to buy my usual apple cider vinegar. The site enticed me to buy their brand instead of Braggs. Given it was a lot cheaper and it was the same product, I bought 5 and added automatic reshipments.
Well, they came and I noticed it did not look at all like my usual Vinegar. It seemed watered down and with very little "mother". It truly seemed like they diluted the apple cider vinegar and added something to retain that 5% acidity. Now I am left with 5 crappy gallons of this. My dogs have been drinking ACV for months and now they won't touch the water with this in it.......
DO NOT BUY THEIR BRAND OF ACV. IT IS DILUTED CRAP.
Waste of my money."
