Lucky is Beyond Shady

" A once good company has fallen to the lowest possible level. It keeps all credit card numbers used to purchase product and refuses to release them. Customer chat is a fantasy as after you click on it, it just searches endlessly--for a bot???? I emailed them and got back a robo email that said I was surely trying to reach a Europen ride share company so my email would be ignored unless I replied immediately. I replied to no avail. I called customer service and after a 30 minute wait, I was told that it would take "several days" to remove the credit cards from my account. (Gotta wonder if they needed a few more days to sell the info.) It should take one second just as it does for consumers on all retail pages such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Target, etc. This may be illegal, but in any case is unethical. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

Horrible Service - Don't Order From Them Online

"It appears my review will be very similar to the rest of the ones on here. I ordered a sweater online, took about two weeks to get to me. It was delivered two days after they said it would be, not a big deal. But I emailed to ask what was going on, never received an answer (by the way still haven't) but I did eventually get it. Unfortunately it was too big. Ok, that's fine, I'll just return it at the store and reorder a smaller size. My luck it was on sale this time, so I paid to have it 2 day shipped to me. Great! NOPE. I placed the order on the 14th, I received an email saying it has shipped on the 14th. 8 DAYS LATER. The tracking still wasn't registered with UPS and their site still said "Ready to go." I email, and email, and finally got through to someone. Like so many people before me I was told "do not worry your order has shipped please allow 24-48 hours for shipping to update." My response was it's been 192 hours, why hasn't it shipped? "Kindly allow 24-48 hours" ...... What?? IT'S BEEN 24-48 hours. I asked him to just cancel and refund it. But nooooo. "I'm sorry our system isn't deigned to cancel an order once it's shipped. But you can return it once it comes." Oh you mean when it comes in 10 years? I can return then?? Please have a manager call me. Don't worry, a manager will call me in 24-48 hours. So here I am. They've essentially stolen money from me. This package doesn't appear that it will ever ship. And as long as the status is "been shipped" they won't cancel or refund. So yeah. They're just out there stealing money. "

Don't honor sales pricing by cancelling your order

"Placed an order on Labor Day. Never received order. Contacted Lucky Brand. Told some reason PayPal payment didn't go through although PayPal shows it still pending. When I first emailed Customer Service they said reorder and we will honor the original pricing. They WOULD NOT honor sales pricing. I think this is a scam to not honor sales pricing."

THE WORST -1 star

"They will never receive an order from me again. I ordered a denim dress, that was advertised as 50% off for their “Black Friday” sale. Three days later I get an email from them expecting a tracking number, only to be told that my order was CANCLED, per who knows who, and that I will not be charged for any of the items. I still have the deduction on my bank statement. I don’t understand what type of business is Lucky brand. NEVER AGAIN!"

WORST COMPANY EVER

"WARNING: Do not buy anything online from this company that you may want to return. I returned two shirts and it has been FOUR WEEKS and I still have not been refunded. All I keep being told is that they put in a request and I will receive my return within 24-48 hours. Each time 48 hours passes by and nothing. They will not allow me to speak with a supervisor (they told me a supervisor would contact me via email within *wait for it* 24-48 hours).
They claim that because I payed with a gift card a new gift card has to be issued back to me with my return payment on it (makes no sense; why can't they just put the money back on my original gift card?). They refuse to send me the gift card number over chat and keep telling me it will be emailed within (who guessed it) 24-48 hours...
As of right now this company STOLE $100 from me.

"Do not buy! If you have the slightest problem with the jeans Lucky will do nothing about it. All they do is blow you off! I have been a customer for years....not anymore! And this is why companies go under."

"Too bad they don't back up their product. I have had luck brand jeans for years. I had one defective pair that stretched out within a few hours. They would not take the item back because I had worn it in the house for a few hours."

"I spent about half an hour shopping for jeans on Lucky Brand's website. I bought two pairs of expensive jeans, because they were on sale for Christmas. I also found a free shipping coupon. The next day Lucky Brank abruptly canceled my order with no apology. According to the email, either I canceled the order or they were out of stock. Apparently, the answer was none of the above because when I checked, after I received my cancellation email, their website showed the jeans were still in the store. I would have been slightly displeased with a rain check, but the manner of their cancellation after the time I wasted on their website, showed me that they didn't care about my business. When I wrote to them and complained, I got back an email form letter offering me 10% off of my next purchase. The jeans I was trying to buy were 30% off, and apparently I was not allowed to buy them at that price so what would I want with a 10% coupon. I suspect, after repeatedly seeing the jeans that Lucky would not sell me listed as being in stock, that they are a teaser item, there to convince naive consumers to load up their cart. I'll never shop on their website again. "
