"I spent about half an hour shopping for jeans on Lucky Brand's website. I bought two pairs of expensive jeans, because they were on sale for Christmas. I also found a free shipping coupon. The next day Lucky Brank abruptly canceled my order with no apology. According to the email, either I canceled the order or they were out of stock. Apparently, the answer was none of the above because when I checked, after I received my cancellation email, their website showed the jeans were still in the store. I would have been slightly displeased with a rain check, but the manner of their cancellation after the time I wasted on their website, showed me that they didn't care about my business. When I wrote to them and complained, I got back an email form letter offering me 10% off of my next purchase. The jeans I was trying to buy were 30% off, and apparently I was not allowed to buy them at that price so what would I want with a 10% coupon. I suspect, after repeatedly seeing the jeans that Lucky would not sell me listed as being in stock, that they are a teaser item, there to convince naive consumers to load up their cart. I'll never shop on their website again."
