Lucky is Beyond Shady
"A once good company has fallen to the lowest possible level. It keeps all credit card numbers used to purchase product and refuses to release them. Customer chat is a fantasy as after you click on it, it just searches endlessly--for a bot???? I emailed them and got back a robo email that said I was surely trying to reach a Europen ride share company so my email would be ignored unless I replied immediately. I replied to no avail. I called customer service and after a 30 minute wait, I was told that it would take "several days" to remove the credit cards from my account. (Gotta wonder if they needed a few more days to sell the info.) It should take one second just as it does for consumers on all retail pages such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Target, etc. This may be illegal, but in any case is unethical. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."
