"Luckygunner is easy to use and has good prices, and they ship quickly, but do not expect ANY service after the sale. I bought about $2,000 worth of ammo over a 4 week period. One of the first shipments was 5 boxes short. Although a sympathetic customer service rep continued to assure me Luckygunner would ship the missing ammo as soon as a "supervisor" approved, no supervisor ever approved nor would a supervisor return my calls or respond to my emails. So buy at your own risk. I won't buy from them again. UPDATE: 10 days after writing this review, they contacted me, refunded the money for the shortage and also refunded the entire shipping cost for the rest of the order. So they did make it right, and now I withdraw my poor rating."
