So at this point, when there isn't a problem, it is speedy, if there is a problem, there is dead silence, or a short reply. Follow up so far has been going on for about two weeks with out a peep. The thing I like most about Lucky Gunner is the fact that everything is “up front.” You can’t purchase anything from them that they don’t have in stock. In fact, the quantities they have on hand of each item is clearly displayed so that there will be no surprises. That means no back-orders, no delays, no excuses.
The second thing I like about them is their timely processing. Most orders are filled within 24 hours. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve placed orders with reputable merchants (Amazon) that took a week to process. Not so with Lucky Gunner.
