"Representative kept interrupting me. Wasn't the best experience with CS. In the end, he gave me the discount that showed up on your website but kept emphasizing that I was being given something that wasn't available even after I captured it on a screen shot.
If he can do better with his temperament, I think he would be more suited for this job. I understand it can be stressful. It is for all of us. I waited on hold and hoped to be met with a friendly, helpful and patient person.

Incomparable with other Furniture Vendors - Improved Reputation of LuxeDecor by Mr. Tom David

"With Mr. Tom David as Customer Service Manager, LuxeDecor’s business IS DEFINITELY IN GOOD HANDS. Mr. David rang me and left a message regarding my experience described in my earlier review. He followed through with an email and called me again after I called back and left him a message as well as responded to his email.
When we spoke, he was courteous, understanding, quite professional and apologetic. I explained that I would have preferred perfect quality chairs like the matching table; however, my husband and I were too exhausted to deal with a third set of four chairs. Mr. Tom David capably resolved the matter with a satisfactory solution!

To prospective customers of LuxeDecor, I recommend that you do business with Mr. Tom David as he is not only customer-oriented but also a reasonable young man who could be TRUSTED to take swift and FAIR corrective action.

Luxe Décor’s website comes across as a decent furniture store.

When we informed them that the dining room chairs have defects, we felt discouraged with Luxe Décor’s response that, “we cannot guarantee that the wood staining will be a perfect process” and “we also received a notice from the vendor . . . they feel the inclusion of the arm chairs would compliment [sic] the larger table.” They also said that, “we are merely a third party in regards to the order processing.” Luxe Décor advised that all orders “ship directly from the manufacturer”.

We must give credit to polite Mr. Kevin for his apologetic emails and the arrangements that he must have been able to eventually make to cancel the arm chairs and issue our refund and to have the side chairs replaced. Regretfully, Mr. Kevin was only one of several LuxeDecor customer service staff communicating with me who did not provide their names.

Prior to all the above, our December 14, 2020 fully paid order was confirmed with “Ships within 1 to 2 weeks”. On December 15, 2020, the shipping status showed estimated shipping date of 2-2-2021. On January 6, 2021, another shipping status was sent with a shipping date of 3-30-2021. When we expressed dissatisfaction with the 3.5 months delay, they advised that the table and side chairs are in stock and there will be no additional cost for partial delivery. On January 15, Luxe Décor informed us that the carrier, Metropolitan, picked up the boxes and that delivery would be in 7-10 business days. The 7th business day from the 15th was January 26. There was a number provided but it did not say what that number was. It was not a telephone number for Metropolitan. There were several Metropolitan companies when we googled. There was no tracking information either. Whichever company delivered the boxes did not inform us about the delivery date. They delivered without warning on January 20. What a fiasco! It was a chaotic, aggravating experience for us!
On January 21st, LuxeDecor informed us that the number provided was the tracking number but that whoever sent it did not include the link to track that number.

Delivery of the replacement was made by FedEx and not by the first freight carrier. FedEx did not pick up the boxes being replaced because there was no return label provided. After our inquiry with LuxeDecor, they provided a Bill of Lading document that shows AGS as the freight company.

Our purchasing experience of American Drew furniture from Luxe Décor also involved five other companies namely, La-Z-Boy, Metropolitan Warehouse, Net Retailers, FedEx, AGS, which I believe is the freight company. I did not encounter such time-consuming and highly frustrating experience with Luxe Décor and American Drew with my recent satisfactory and pleasant experience with Stickley Audi & Co. and with Thomasville and **** Furniture companies years ago.

No one in LuxeDecor bothered to ensure that the replacement chairs were of good quality.
