"Update: After posting this review (see below), they finally got in touch and said they would get the missing parts out to me.

The backordered pieces arrived on time/early, and the missing parts a couple of days later.

One of the parts (sd card) was recommended by their website but does not work in the Pi, but given the shipping/restocking fees it is cheap enough that I'll just eat the cost. (Since then I found the various accessories on major-online-store that work, and if there is a problem the store pays return shipping.) Ditto for the recommended power supplies - they do not provide enough power to be stable, but I have an alternate setup that works fine.

I have ordered another Pi (listed as in-stock) and we'll see how it goes.

Incomplete order! Part of my order is back-ordered, but they say they shipped everything else. Unfortunately 2 items listed as 'shipped' were missing. (And there wasn't room in the box for them. They just weren't shipped, period.)

Contacting support doesn't help. It takes days for them to respond, and all they will tell me is that the backordered items are still backordered. (They won't acknowledge the missing parts at all, or even that I asked about them.)

Once the order is reasonably complete (backorder should ship in the next week or so) I'm never going near them again. I already have to order the missing parts elsewhere, and since they won't respond I'll probably have to call my credit card and get them involved. Terrible service!"
