"I ordered the Computer Tower Holder, model #83-12995. It arrived as expected, seems solid and well made with some assembly required.The problem became with the sliding top shelf which has 8 holes in it and 8 screws to go with it. However I can find no corresponding holes to screw into. I called the company and spoke with a Tech who couldn't answer my question about that particular part. He took my name and phone number and said someone would call me. Now 24 hours later I have not heard back."
