I immediately went to the web site to place the order. However, when I went to check out the price jumped from the advertised $159.00 to $359.00.

This Bait advertising is consistent with a violation of Ohio Administrative Code, 109:4 Consumer Protection, Chapter 109:4-3 Deceptive Acts or Trade Practices in Connection with Consumer Transactions.

When I call to register a complaint and see if they would honor the advertised price their Customer Representative flatly refused nor would she negotiate a mutual agreeable price.

I receive a reply which basically said "to bad." Its very disappointing that a company will not stand behind their motto of customer service and fix their mistakes. "
