Take notes from good e-commerce sites that have things delivered a couple days after shipping. I live in Los Angeles and the item ships from Las Vegas. How could it possibly take over 1 week to deliver? How could it possibly take 2 weeks to ship?
I notice also that the package is about 40 miles away from the delivery address but it will take 6 more days for delivery. It must be coming by jogger.
