"Avoid MLB.TV like the plaque. If you ignore this advise than only sign up for the 1 month of service. MLB should know better than to try and screw their fan base. You cannot watch your home team on this piece of trash, and if you sign up for the full season - and finally figure out there is no use in using it...Too bad.

What I received after five weeks was an email saying: "Thanks for your return. We take service very serious. We've processed a refund for a amount of $31.88." Problem is not that none of the goods ever arrived (and therefore hadn't returned anything), but the total amount for my order was around 100 Dollars. The customer service never reacted. "
"I ordered 2 mitchell and ness baseball jerseys..size 4xl.. that came on time, but when opened...i only had half a jersey with sleeves..i mean this was the shortest jersey of all time... And when I called the third time because it still wasn’t changed they tell me they were supposed to send me an email saying it was sold out but they hadn’t. Called customer service and he basically said "people don't understand" and "we don't make promises" "nothing I can do" when I told him that I would never buy from them again and would try to inform others what to (not) expect.

"There isn't a single phase of the ordering process I am satisfied with. I finished, or so I thought, my business with mlb.com on August 29. Now, it's October 3, and they still have my money. $25, the value of the gift card I used on the order I purchased. They claim to have returned the $20, but it has never shown up. The $5? They can't refund that. After hours on the phone, I still get "we had a glitch. We just returned your $20. Please allow for 5 to 7 business days....", only this time, they actually had the nerve to offer me 10% of a future order. Gee, thanks. All I want is my $25!"
"I answered a promotion on mlb.com that if I gave them my email address I would get 10% off my next order. The promotion also said free shipping for purchases over $60. I received the promotion in my email and after I selected the two tee shirts I wanted (total cost $70), I was given the 10% off ($7) in my cart. However, after I entered the free shipping code the 10% off disappeared without any notice. I didn't notice that the website reversed the 10% until I got the confirmation email. I called to complain and they said that you only get one promotion. Either free shipping or 10% off. Not both. Well, why then did they tell me throughout that my order was entitled to free shipping. "I've spoken to several people about my order. I placed my order close to 2 weeks ago and a few days ago got an email that my return had been accepted. I never even recieved my order. Spent hours on the phone multiple times and they have now "reshipped" it. I told them to cancel and they said that's not possible considering it is scheduled to ship out Monday. I was offered 20% off for the inconveinence since it was a birthday present that was late, then was told that wasn't possible either. Then i was offered 20% off on my next purchase but I will not be purchasing from here ever again!!! They couldn't even express ship my order even though it's their fault it's late. However, no worries, because I have a code for a free return!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

"2 day shipping ended up being well over a week. Then the hat size I received was EXTREMELY smaller than all the other hats i bought. I asked to exchange it so they told me to do a return which in turn i ended up having to pay for shipping, because they returned my product base price minus shipping costs. I was reluctant to order another hat because of the HUGE disparity of the size i received. What if i ordered 1 size bigger and it's still too tight, or if i ordered 2 sizes bigger.... which may be the best bet, but what if that is too big?! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!"
"Ordered a shirt for a specific game. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Did not arrive on time. Had to explain to the customer service dept that it really didn't arrive and was a giant hassle. Had to beg on the phone for at least shipping money back. Horrible service, horrible customer service - AVOID"
"Ordered a fitted cap, it was smaller than any of my sons fitted caps of the same measurements. Returned for refund because they refuse to exchange. Not only did we only get a partial refund, it was for less than the actual price of the hat! No wonder they refuse exchanges! They are keeping most of your money, and reselling the item. My son worked and saved his own money for the limited edition hat, and instead he gets a lesson in getting screwed. "
